Architectural Change Request Form

  We have an Architectural Change Request form that needs to be completed and approved before you alter the outside of your home.   Our covenants, Article VIII, Section 3, states:  No improvements, alterations, repairs, change of colors, excavations, changes in grade or other work which in any way alters the exterior of any Lot or the improvements located thereon from its natural or improved state existing on the date such Lot was first conveyed in fee by the Declarant to an owner, shall be made or done without the prior approval of the Architectural Review Board, except as otherwise expressly provided in this Declaration.  No building, fence, wall, dwelling unit, or other structure shall be commenced, erected, maintained, improved, altered, made or done on any Lot by a Lot Owner without the prior written approval of the Architectural Review Board: provided this restriction shall not be applicable to the original construc...
