The Mayor's Action Center (MAC) is a call center providing the people of Indianapolis and Marion County one place to request services, get information, or give feedback. Many services can be requested online with Request Indy, where you can also check the status of your request.

The Mayor's Action Center is open daily for calls Monday - Friday. Our call-center hours are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM. The MAC is open Thursdays from 8 AM to 2 PM, and 3 PM to 5 PM. RequestIndy is accessible online and via the mobile app 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
